When is payment charged to my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged and your PayPal payment will be processed in real time during order confirmation.
Are online shopping safe?
Yes, the security of your data is our priority. Millefiori Milano uses advanced technologies, such as the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, to encrypt sensitive information and ensure transaction protection.
What is CCV/CVC code?
The CCV (Credit Card Verification) or CVC (Card Verification Code) is a 3 or 4 digit number located on the back of your credit card. This code is required to improve the security of transactions.
Can I use multiple payment methods for the same order?
At the moment, we only accept one form of payment per order.
What to do if my payment is declined?
In case your payment fails, you can try to complete your order again or contact our Customer Service for assistance. Identity verification may be required for security.
What is PSD2 (Payment Services Directive)?
Since December 28, 2020, authentication rules have been strengthened with the European PSD2 regulation. To complete online purchases with your card, you may need to confirm your identity via 3D Secure, using methods such as SMS, email, fingerprint or facial recognition. We recommend that you check with your bank for specific information.
