The shipment is entrusted to the carrier appointed by Onequity Srl within 48 hours of purchase, who will deliver within 3 working days following the shipment day (Monday to Friday). Islands and locations that are difficult to reach will require 1 or 2 additional days (depending on the area).
You will be notified by email when your order leaves; this email will specify the identifiers of your package to be able to monitor the shipment directly on the courier's website.
Important: to facilitate the Courier in the delivery, when you fill out your order indicate in the Notes the name on the intercom if different from the one indicated in the order, if there is an internal number (e.g. int. 5, staircase B) or anything else that can avoid any problems for the Courier in the delivery.
In the event that the carrier is unable to meet these deadlines, we will still give you timely notice by email.
Regarding the treatment of products damaged during transport, all responsibility is attributable to the Express Courier who handled the delivery. Sign with reservation of verification if you notice that the package is damaged or open.
In the event of failure to collect the goods or failure to deliver due to an event not attributable to Onequity Srl or the Courier, the shipping and return costs of the purchased products shall be borne by the Customer.
