Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
Our policy is a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The Customer must send a return notification to eshop@millefiorimilano.com In order to be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Gift cards are excluded from returns
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email. Please do not send your purchase back without notifying us.
REFUNDS
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR UNFULFILLED REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted (4 or 5 business days)

RETURN SHIPPING
To make a return, send the product to the following address: Home Fragrance Italia - Via del Commercio, 28 - 20881 Bernareggio (MB)
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item (€4.90). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
